The Catalyst Holding Group (CHG) began its exploration of business opportunities in the Central Eastern Europe market in 2006, and quickly became a catalyst of change by investing into Cama-Soft (2005) and in Za10groszy.pl International (2008). Both investments have been very successful and have extended into additional global markets.

Maciej Wilhelm, CHG co-founder, believes that smart investment expands beyond financial means and embraces people. His philosophy is that the human element is the fundamental catalyst of success. The CHG is constantly looking for individuals who exhibit a strong entrepreneurial drive and remarkable field experience, to assist them with entrepreneurial ventures.

Additional CHG investments include Total Recycling Services (2008) in Poland, Utive Inc. (2009) a marketing company that developed an innovative online product for the modeling and entertainment industry, and Social Network Solutions (2009) a company that will develop mobile device applications and large online projects.
